We will match you to a panel of experts with skills and experience to match your needs.
We will have a 30 minute introductory meeting to get to know each other and ensure your advisory board is a good ‘fit’.
SET: Understanding your priorities
Once you are comfortable with your advisory board, we will design a package which includes board membership (how many & who), frequency of meetings plus any other direct communications and coaching requirements. We’ll also get an NDA in place.
In advance of each meeting, we will gather some information to ensure you maximise value from each session by understanding your biggest priorities.
GO: Working with Your Board
Your Virtual Advisory Board meetings are typically 90 minutes long and follow a strict agenda aligned to your needs.
One of our advisors will take the role of Chair to keep discussions on track.
Minutes are taken at each virtual board meeting to ensure discussions are documented, suggestions are followed up on and people are held accountable.
