Your Virtual Advisory Board

Imagine a Board of Directors………….. but lighter

You'll gain access to experienced executives who have a broad range of expertise that fills critical knowledge gaps in your organisation. These executives will form Your Virtual Advisory Board to provide objective perspectives on your business challenges and opportunities. Your advisory board will serve as a sounding board for your ideas, supporting you to achieve your business objectives.

“With the support from Your Virtual Advisory Board, we blah blah blah”

Client name

A team of trusted professional advisors with relevant skills to support your business journey, whatever outcome you are looking for.

Imagine having a board of directors, but lighter, more flexible, and specifically designed for where you are right now. We provide a business board that can support you on your journey, no matter what your business objective.

Your Virtual Advisory Board meetings provide a safe space for you to discuss the issues and opportunities for your business with a team of experts who can constructively challenge and help you find a clear path forward.

STEP 1 : The right experts

Tell us a bit about your business and your objectives. We will match you to a panel of experts who align with your requirements.

When you are comfortable with your advisory board, we will discuss with you the most appropriate meeting frequency, duration and package.

We will get an NDA in place and an appropriate contract - whether that be for a single meeting, a series of meetings or a package with coaching.

STEP 2: Focus on the priorities

In advance of each Advisory Board meeting, we will provide templates for a board pack for you to think through & complete in advance.

A ‘Business Update’ which provides background information so we can use the meeting time effectively.

A ‘Key Issue’ document which helps keep the meeting focused on what matters most to your business.

STEP 3: The board meeting

Your Virtual Advisory Board meetings are usually 90 minutes long and follow an agenda which is distributed in advance and is aligned with your priorities.

At the virtual board meeting, minutes are taken and actions are documented to provide governance around the process.

You’ll leave feeling energised, with a new perspective and a set of actions to follow up.

STEP 4: Follow up

We will send minutes and actions to follow up before the next meeting. This helps keep everyone accountable and ensures forward momentum is maintained.

We are happy to receive communications between meetings to ensure everything stays on track.

FOUNDER

Leadership coach and business advisor

I have held commercial and corporate strategy roles within some of the largest global blue-chip organisations, such as Intel, Equifax and Walmart. I understand the challenges that leaders and managers face and I use this experience in my coaching work, to help others navigate their careers, grow their skills and succeed in business.

Since leaving the corporate world, I set up and now run my own successful business, specialising in working with highly entrepreneurial start-ups, supporting leaders and their teams and advising established business owners on taking things to the next stage.

People who have worked with me would say that I have a knack for asking the right question, a genuine curiosity to listen and a refreshingly direct straight-talking style. I excel at seeing the big picture to help you to build clarity, create a plan and take action to make it happen!
